How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Please note that due to the PACT Act, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all vaping products.

What is your return policy for defective devices?

We offer a 30-day warranty on all hardware defects. If your device is malfunctioning, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief video of the issue.

Can I return E-liquids or disposable vapes?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on E-liquids, pods, or disposable vapes once the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened.

Are the products on your site authentic?

Absolutely. Vape Nation only sources products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. Every device comes with an authenticity scratch-off code that can be verified on the manufacturer's website.
